关于职业教育和普通教育均衡的政策研究,主要关注的是从学校到工作的过渡。毕业于职教的青年,随着技术日新月异的变化,就业后的收益会因为适应性差而减少,进而影响其未来的就业机会。本研究的主要假设是,在劳动力市场中,任何职业教育的优势都会随着年龄的增长而流失。研究使用了国际成人认知调查(the International Adult Literacy Survey)18个国家的微观数据,运用了倍差分析方法(DID),比较了接受普通教育和职业教育的人,在不同年龄段的就业率。数据分析支持了本研究假设。这一结论在那些推崇学徒制的国家尤为明显。而且,在能力模式和倾向得分匹配上,本研究结论是稳健的。
嘉宾简介: 张磊,清华大学中国财政税收研究所高级研究员和所长助理,加州大学伯克利分校经济系访问学者。1994年,获得北京大学经济学学士学位;1997年,获得北京大学经济学硕士学位;2004年获得斯坦福大学经济学博士学位。研究领域:公共经济、教育经济和中国经济。
